Il est hyper professionnel, toujours \u00e0 l' \u00e9coute de mes besoins en fonction de ma forme, en sachant bien adapter les exercices. Je sens que mon corps travaille bien et se tonifie mais sans des courbatures g\u00eanantes. N \u00e9tant pas tr\u00e8s sportive de base, son accompagnement est donc top. Il me fait transpirer mais juste de mani\u00e8re convenable. Il reprend mes positionnements avec douceur et bienveillance. Bref, il est top.
